Job Requirements
- Legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility for employment
- Ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
- Availability for variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality experienced in sales focused environments
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused environments
- Professional maturity and ability to mentor team partners
