Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to handle work that frequently demands over 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience with team coaching and mentoring abilities
- Experience working in a sales-focused environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coach and mentor team partners to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet store performance goals
- Oversee inventory management and ensure product quality standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Coordinate staffing schedules and labor management
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
