Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work over 40 hours per week as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
- Experience working in a sales-focused environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
Job Duties
- Lead and coach a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring quality and efficiency
- Manage sales performance and drive store profitability
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive community environment
- Implement training and development programs for partner growth
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
