Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused experience
- demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to coach and mentor team partners professionally
Job Duties
