Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application
  • Ability to work full-time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. Military service
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor effectively
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a sales-focused environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Professional maturity and the ability to maintain a positive team culture
