As a Coffeehouse Leader at Starbucks, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of a store, leading a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • availability to work in excess of 40 hours per week
  • commitment to uphold Starbucks values and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
