Established as an iconic brand, Starbucks is dedicated to fostering a warm and welcoming environment where people come together to connect over exceptional coffee. The company operates thousands of stores worldwide and is committed to quality, community engagement, and sustainable business practices. As an employer, Starbucks invests heavily in the growth and development of its partners (employees) by providing extensive training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within the rapidly expanding company.

This position is for a coffeehouse leader who will be at the forefront of Starbucks’ mission to craft unique moments for every customer. The role involves more than just managing daily business operations; it is about leading a team with heart and purpose. As a coffeehouse leader, you create an atmosphere that fosters connection and joy in every cup served and every interaction made, ensuring your coffeehouse is a welcoming place for the local community. This position is a full-time role that demands a commitment to excellence, leadership, and customer experience.

In this capacity, the coffeehouse leader will drive sales through an entrepreneurial mentality, coaching and mentoring team members to reach their full potential while ensuring operational standards are met and exceeded. Your leadership sets the tone in a busy, dynamic environment where customer satisfaction and team success go hand in hand. The role also requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle the complexities of managing a retail environment, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.

Starbucks prioritizes partner wellbeing by offering industry-leading benefits that support your personal and professional growth. From comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans to paid parental leave, vacation time from day one, and access to education programs like the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, you and your family receive support that helps you thrive. Additionally, Starbucks provides financial wellbeing tools, stock programs, and retirement savings plans with employer matching to empower partners to secure their financial futures.

This opportunity is designed for individuals with a background in retail or customer service management, or those with military service experience who bring a unique perspective and strong leadership qualities to the role. You will be joining a company that values diversity, equality, and ensures a supportive work environment where inclusiveness is a core principle.
