Job Description

Starbucks Coffee Company is a globally recognized leader in the coffeehouse industry, committed to crafting the world's finest coffee while fostering meaningful connections in every community it serves. With a reputation for quality, innovation, and social responsibility, Starbucks has become more than just a coffee retailer. It is a place where customers gather to experience warmth, comfort, and genuine human interaction. Founded in 1971, Starbucks has expanded to thousands of stores worldwide, consistently delivering exceptional products and a unique customer experience. Known for its rich coffee blends, innovative beverages, and commitment to sustainability, Starbucks is also a place that values its partners, offering them developmental opportunities and comprehensive benefits to support their growth and well-being.

As a coffeehouse leader at Starbucks, your role transcends traditional management responsibilities. You are entrusted with leading a team that not only operates a successful retail environment but also creates moments of connection and joy that resonate with customers and the community alike. This leadership position requires a combination of operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit focused on sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring that each day delivers a memorable coffeehouse experience, where every partner on your team is inspired and motivated to contribute their best. The role involves a full-time commitment with a work schedule that might include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs and support your team effectively.

Starbucks supports your growth journey through developmental experiences designed to enhance your leadership capabilities and industry knowledge. This position offers not just a job but a career path fueled by learning, coaching, and mentorship opportunities. You will be leading by example, building a team culture rooted in respect, creativity, and excellence. The company values diversity and inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming candidates from various backgrounds, including those with military experience.

The benefits package is robust, reflecting Starbucks' dedication to partner welfare. It includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options, life insurance, disability coverage, and paid parental leave. From day one, partners accrue paid vacation and sick leave, enjoy paid holidays and personal days, and have access to a 401(k) plan with employer matching, stock programs, and financial well-being resources. Starbucks also invests in education by offering 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University, along with student loan management and other educational opportunities. These benefits underscore the company’s commitment to creating a supportive workplace where partners and their families thrive.

Joining Starbucks means embracing a mission to connect with something bigger. It is more than a role; it is a chance to lead with heart and craftsmanship in an environment that values people, quality, and community. By becoming a coffeehouse leader, you play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable customer experiences while progressing your career within a globally admired brand. If you have the right blend of leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and dedication to service excellence, Starbucks invites you to apply and become part of its vibrant and inclusive team.
