Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
  • Commitment to maintaining professional maturity and leadership standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused environments

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
