Job Description

The position is full-time and offers a competitive starting salary minimum of $77,250 annually, along with eligibility for a monthly performance-based bonus after training.

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years' work experience in retail management, preferably thrift
  • one year of customer service experience
  • understanding of financial metrics, reporting, and budget management
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to speak and read English proficiently

Job Duties

  • develop and execute retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production
  • develop team members to support internal promotions and bench strength
  • coordinate with Retail District Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to help drive donations
  • monitor product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets
  • ensure payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget
  • ensure Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers
  • ensure store locations are clean, well-kept, and reflect the Goodwill brand appropriately
