Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
two years' work experience in retail management, preferably thrift
one year of customer service experience
understanding of financial metrics, reporting, and budget management
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
ability to speak and read English proficiently

Job Duties

develop and execute retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production
develop team members to support internal promotions and bench strength
coordinate with Retail District Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to help drive donations
monitor product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets
ensure payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget
ensure Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers
ensure store locations are clean, well-kept, and reflect the Goodwill brand appropriately
