Known for being the first to offer Maine Lobster through the drive-thru, Angie’s has revolutionized access to high-quality, gourmet dishes by combining speed, convenience, and value typical of traditional fast food establishments. Their newest venture, Angie’s Prime Grill, extends this unique concept by introducing USDA Prime Steak and Organic Chicken served with freshly prepared sides like Warm Bowls, Grilled Burritos, and Fresh-cut Salads. As a part of their exciting growth trajectory, Angie’s Food Concepts is actively seeking experienced Store Managers to lead their East and West Valley locations in the Greater Phoenix area. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in leadership role within food and beverage or retail industry
  • Proven ability to manage store operations effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 40+ lbs
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store including labor, scheduling, and inventory
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the team

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
