The Store Manager role at Bridgestone Retail Operations holds critical responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of retail locations. This position is key to ensuring the effective management of all facets of store performance including staffing, merchandising, customer service, and financial record-keeping. As the leader within the store, the manager is charged with selecting, coaching, and developing team members to foster a productive and customer-focused culture. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • demonstrated success in retail sales management
  • problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
  • aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays
  • must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty
  • exceptional teammate and customer communication skills
  • negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
