Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous managerial experience in food service or retail
- valid driver’s license
- ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- commitment to quality food standards and customer satisfaction

Job Duties
- Check products for consistency, palatability, and quality
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations
- schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity
- monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation to meet company standards
- schedule staff hours using appropriate software and assign duties to ensure economical food use and timely preparation
- review work procedures and operational problems to improve service, performance, or safety
- perform some food preparation or service tasks
- maintain food and equipment inventories
- organize and direct worker training programs
- resolve personnel problems
- hire new staff
- evaluate employee performances
- arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs
- coordinate various services
- utilize point of sale cash register
- count money and make bank deposits
- adhere to company opening and closing procedures and maintain records
