As a Store Manager at Playa Bowls, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's high standards of food quality and customer service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous managerial experience in food service or retail
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to manage a fast-paced work environment

Job Duties

  • Check products for consistency, palatability, and quality
  • investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations
  • schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity
  • monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation to meet company standards
  • schedule staff hours using appropriate software and assign duties to ensure economical food use and timely preparation
  • review work procedures and operational problems to improve service, performance, or safety
  • perform some food preparation or service tasks
  • maintain food and equipment inventories
  • organize and direct worker training programs
  • resolve personnel problems
  • hire new staff
  • evaluate employee performances
  • arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs
  • coordinate various services
  • utilize point of sale cash register
  • count money and make bank deposits
  • adhere to company opening and closing procedures and maintain records
