The General Manager position at Braum's plays a critical role in upholding the company’s brand strategy, ensuring that its vision, mission, and values translate into exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales and operational efficiency. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Ensure that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members and ensure that unit goals are achieved
- Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality
