Job Description

Angie's Food Concepts is a pioneering restaurant company on a mission to make "luxury" foods affordable and accessible to a broad audience. Founded with the vision of redefining the quick service restaurant (QSR) experience, Angie’s Food Concepts revolutionized the market by introducing Maine Lobster to the drive-thru, delivering the same speed, price, and convenience that traditional fast food offers. This innovative approach set a new standard in the industry, making premium seafood conveniently available to everyday consumers. Building on this success, Angie’s Food Concepts recently launched Angie’s Prime Grill, expanding their menu to feature USDA Prime Steak and Organic Chicken prepared grilled-to-order. Customers can now enjoy a unique variety of offerings such as warm bowls, grilled burritos, and fresh-cut salads, all served through a quick and efficient drive-thru model. This expansion signals Angie’s growing commitment to bringing high-quality, gourmet foods to the fast-food sector in a way that enhances the customer experience while maintaining affordability. The company is currently expanding its presence in new markets, with a focus on recruiting dedicated and experienced store managers across the greater Phoenix areas, specifically in the East and West Valley locations. These managers play an essential role in maintaining the company’s mission of excellence, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer service.

The Store Manager position is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant. This encompasses labor management, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining the highest standards in food safety and service quality. The role demands an individual who is both independent and collaborative, capable of motivating and mentoring a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve key performance metrics. Store Managers at Angie’s are supported by a best-in-class system designed to facilitate success, providing the tools and assistance needed to operate efficiently and grow the business. Responsibilities include training and supervising staff members, handling customer complaints professionally, ensuring clear communication among team members, and coordinating cross-departmentally to ensure smooth operations. Managers are expected to be fully cross-trained, proficient in operating kitchen equipment such as fryers and grills safely, and willing to take charge of store opening and closing procedures. The position requires adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Angie’s values leadership qualities that demonstrate a drive to serve, determination to excel, and a strong desire to contribute positively to the company’s growth trajectory. As this role directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational success, it offers a rewarding opportunity for growth and career advancement within a forward-thinking QSR company committed to innovation and quality.
