The role of a Store Sales Manager at Mattress Warehouse is pivotal within the organization. As the face of the store, the Store Sales Manager guides and mentors the sales team while engaging directly with customers to understand and fulfill their sleep needs. Beyond direct sales, this leadership role includes managing daily store operations such as inventory control, sales reporting, and maintaining the showroom’s appearance to company standards.   • Previous retail, customer service, or commissioned sales experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Motivated and goal-driven mindset
  • Bilingual is a plus
