The company launched the first-ever drive-thru featuring Maine Lobster, combining the allure of premium seafood with the speed, price, and convenience familiar to fast food patrons. Expanding its innovative footprint, Angie’s introduced Angie’s Prime Grill, bringing USDA Prime Steak and Organic Chicken to customers through a fast-casual drive-thru experience. This initiative offers grilled-to-order dishes such as Warm Bowls, Grilled Burritos, and Fresh-cut Salads, setting a new standard in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry. The company is focused on growth and market expansion, particularly with exciting new locations opening soon in Tucson. To support this growth trajectory and maintain high operational standards, Angie’s Food Concepts is actively seeking experienced Store Managers who are passionate about leadership and customer service excellence. These Store Managers will play a crucial role in overseeing restaurant operations, motivating and mentoring staff, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality and convenience. As a Store Manager at Angie’s Food Concepts, you will be responsible for the seamless daily operation of the restaurant. This includes managing labor costs, scheduling staff, overseeing inventory control, and ensuring all food safety standards are rigorously met. You will be tasked with fostering a positive team environment where communication flows freely, and every team member feels supported and valued. Addressing customer concerns with professionalism and care is also a key component of the role, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, the role demands versatility, as Store Managers will be cross-trained in all kitchen positions along with opening and closing procedures. Operating kitchen equipment such as fryers and grills safely and efficiently is part of the daily responsibilities. Prior experience in food and beverage or retail leadership is essential, along with skills in coaching and mentoring emerging leaders within the store.

Job Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • 2 years prior experience leading teams in food and beverage or retail
  • skill at mentoring and coaching the next generation of store leadership
  • proficiency in achieving efficient store operations on key performance metrics including food cost, labor, food safety, and customer service

  • strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
  • ability to adapt, multitask, and positively take feedback
