This role is full-time and comes with an annual compensation ranging from $73,500 to $83,500, combined with an attractive bonus program that guarantees a bonus at the maximum level for the first 12 weeks. The General Manager is responsible for implementing and enforcing store policies, coaching and leading store crew members, and fostering a culture centered on customer service and food quality.

The position requires working a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week generally from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm. The General Manager reports directly to the District Manager and is expected to demonstrate key leadership qualities such as a strong customer focus, high ethical standards, and a positive attitude toward consistently training and developing staff. The manager must be capable of building a trusting and successful team, adapting to changing customer and employee needs, and clearly communicating with leadership team members.

Successful candidates usually have 3 to 5 years of experience managing and leading a retail store unit. An Associate's degree or some college education is preferred, along with being at least 21 years old and holding a valid driver’s license. The role also requires discipline in follow-up and follow-through, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to analyze and interpret reporting results.
