The General Manager role at Braum's is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. The General Manager position is a full-time role with a rotating 3-week schedule averaging approximately 45 hours per week, typically from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm. It reports directly to a District Manager and offers an annual compensation package ranging from $78,500 to $85,000. Braum's guarantees a bonus program at the maximum level for the first twelve weeks, paid bi-weekly, which adds an attractive incentive to the role.

Ideal candidates possess at least three years of experience managing and leading retail store units, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to employee development and customer service. Job Duties

  • Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
