Job Description

Angie's Food Concepts is a pioneering restaurant company dedicated to making luxury foods affordable and accessible to a broader audience. As the first restaurant to introduce Maine Lobster to the drive-thru experience, Angie's has revolutionized the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry by providing high-quality, gourmet foods typically reserved for special occasions or higher-end dining, at the speed, convenience, and price point of traditional fast food. The recent expansion with Angie’s Prime Grill further solidifies the company's commitment to innovation by offering USDA Prime Steak and Organic Chicken in various freshly prepared formats including warm bowls, grilled burritos, and fresh-cut salads right through the drive-thru service.

Located in the Greater Phoenix areas, Angie’s Food Concepts is rapidly expanding to meet increasing demand by opening new stores and entering new markets. The company culture centers on outstanding operational support for its stores, fostering teamwork, innovation, and customer-centric service. Angie’s is known for its commitment to quality, consistency, and elevating the customer experience in the fast-casual dining segment.

The East and West Valley Store Manager role at Angie’s Food Concepts is a pivotal position requiring leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Store Managers oversee all restaurant operations within their location including labor management, scheduling, and inventory control. This role demands a hands-on approach and the ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Store Managers serve as the primary point of contact for both employees and customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company standards such as food safety and customer satisfaction. The position entails responsibilities such as managing team communication, operating kitchen equipment like fryers and grills safely, and being cross-trained for all roles including opening and closing the restaurant. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to upholding the brand’s high standards.

Angie’s Food Concepts offers competitive salary packages and a supportive work environment that values professional growth and advancement. Employees benefit from flexible time off policies, health, dental, and vision insurance, holiday pay, and a free shift meal. Candidates stepping into this role can expect to contribute meaningfully to Angie’s mission of transforming the QSR industry while developing their own career in an innovative and expanding company.
