The General Manager at Braum's plays a pivotal role in upholding and executing the company's brand strategy while championing its vision, mission, and values. This position is responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience and maximizing sales by fostering a customer-centric culture that emphasizes consistent guest service and food quality. The General Manager oversees the daily operations of Braum's diverse food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. This includes monitoring inventory and supply levels, maintaining kitchen equipment, and enforcing safety and cleanliness standards. The role demands leadership capabilities that include teaching, coaching, and motivating store crew members to achieve unit goals. The General Manager is expected to be an exemplary figure who drives team success through trust-building, effective communication, and strategic alignment of team roles. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales

- Teaching, coaching and providing leadership to the store crew members and ensures that unit goals are achieved
