Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • Leadership and coaching capability
  • Professional maturity

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure operational excellence and a sales-focused environment
  • Manage daily store functions including staffing, inventory, and quality standards
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers and partners
  • Develop partner skills through coaching and professional development
  • Collaborate with district leadership to achieve business goals
