Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail management experience preferred
- physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift and walk extensively
- availability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
- ability to travel to support other stores within the cluster
- commitment to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Lead, develop and motivate the store team to deliver strong, consistent performance
- maintain store presentation and operational standards
- oversee merchandising including front-of-store and specialty displays
- manage inventory with the Inventory Cluster Support team
- ensure customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and professional
- uphold health, safety and loss prevention standards
- create and manage store scheduling aligning with budget
- conduct timely performance reviews and hold team accountable
- foster a positive work environment based on kindness, fairness and respect
- communicate company messages effectively
- support cluster-level initiatives and collaboration
