The role of Store Manager at Angie’s Food Concepts is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of management experience in food and beverage or retail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 40+ lbs
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in various restaurant positions

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years prior experience leading teams in food and beverage/retail

  • Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store including labor, scheduling, and inventory
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the team
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
  • Train and supervise team members, providing guidance and support
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to all food safety standards
  • Be cross-trained for all positions as well as opening and closing the restaurant
  • Operate fryer, grill, and kitchen equipment effectively and safely
