Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred
Ability to supervise and train employees
Ability to manage functions listed in Customer Service Representative, Lead CSR and Store Assistant job descriptions
Ability to use or learn computer skills needed for store operations
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Open availability
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
Ability to perform essential physical duties
Ability to operate a motor vehicle
Ability to sit for long periods
Food Server certificate and Food Safety Management certification may be required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Proficient in employee training and development
Ability to use computers for reports and inventory management
Effective oral and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of cash control and safety procedures
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Food Server certificate and Food Safety Management certification may be required
