Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Experience supervising staff, including training and performance management
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Current Manager Serve Safe Food Handlers Certificate

Job Duties

Supervise daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
Train, mentor, and develop staff in food handling procedures, customer service techniques, and operational standards
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock of food and beverage items
Implement health and safety regulations in accordance with local laws and company policies
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and foster team collaboration
