We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to the success of our establishment, requiring active management of a specific location or occasionally assisting at alternate locations to ensure smooth daily operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing staffing, training, inventory control, sales monitoring, and maintaining cleanliness standards while guaranteeing compliance with proper procedures. This position offers a 40-hour work week with a competitive pay range of $15.50 to $20.00 per hour, including tips. The expected weekly hours range from 32 to 40, providing a flexible work schedule across various shifts such as morning, day, evening, 8-hour, and 10-hour shifts.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a managerial position within the food service or hospitality industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, training and mentoring staff in food handling, customer service techniques, and operational standards, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Regular staff meetings will be conducted to communicate expectations clearly, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Job Duties
