Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff in food handling procedures, customer service techniques, and operational standards
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock of food and beverage items
  • Implement health and safety regulations in accordance with local laws and company policies
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and foster team collaboration
