The role of Store Sales Manager at Mattress Warehouse is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail setting and aspire to lead a successful sales team. As the face of Mattress Warehouse in your store, you will have the responsibility of guiding customers to make informed decisions about their sleep purchases by leveraging cutting-edge technology like the proprietary bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system. This system uses 18 key measurements and data points to provide scientifically-backed mattress recommendations, making the sales process both easier and more impactful. Your leadership will be instrumental in training, mentoring, and developing your sales associates to reach and exceed business goals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

In this full-time position, you will manage daily store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and oversee sales reporting to ensure the smooth functioning of your location. You will also be charged with creating an inviting and organized showroom environment that reflects the company’s standards and enhances the customer shopping experience. Job Requirements

  • previous retail, customer service, or commissioned sales experience preferred
  • bilingual with verbal and written proficiency in English and Spanish or other languages a plus
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • motivated, goal-driven mindset
