Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe food safety certification
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to dynamic and changing environments
  • capability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage all aspects of store operations including hiring and staffing
  • lead and direct associates to meet financial goals

  • oversee daily store activities and maintain store standards
  • manage inventory and control costs
  • develop team members through training and mentorship
  • handle conflicts and resolve customer issues promptly
