The role of Store Manager at Panda Express is critical to the operational success and guest experience of each location. As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a single restaurant, take charge of hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer service. The company provides a thorough eight or more week paid leadership training program designed to prepare candidates for this leadership position. This training covers all aspects of store management including operational excellence, team leadership, and guest relations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or foodservice management preferred
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of food safety standards and Serve Safe certification
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
