Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Capability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership or management experience preferred
  • Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices

Job Duties

  • Manage daily store operations including hiring and training associates
  • Lead and motivate store team to achieve financial goals and maintain operational standards
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through quality control and customer service focus
  • Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and restaurant cleanliness
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively
  • Handle employee scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor sales reports and financial metrics to improve store performance
