Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Capability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Manage daily store operations including hiring and training associates
- Lead and motivate store team to achieve financial goals and maintain operational standards
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through quality control and customer service focus
- Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and restaurant cleanliness
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively
- Handle employee scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations
- Monitor sales reports and financial metrics to improve store performance
