Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work full time including variable hours
  • Ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor others

Job Duties

  • Lead daily store operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity and leadership
  • Oversee sales performance and drive initiatives to meet targets
  • Manage scheduling and operational logistics including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment in the coffeehouse for community connection
  • Solve organizational and customer service challenges with strong problem-solving skills
  • Maintain product quality and adherence to Starbucks standards
