Job Requirements

- Serve Safe certification
- Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of assigned store
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Capability to manage conflicts in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications

- Proven leadership or management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily store operations to meet financial and guest service goals
- Hire, train, and lead store associates effectively

- Monitor inventory and control operational costs
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
- Handle conflicts and resolve operational issues promptly
