As a Store Sales Manager at Mattress Warehouse, you will play a pivotal role in not only driving sales but also leading and inspiring a dedicated team. This full-time leadership position offers competitive compensation with a generous base salary supplemented by unlimited commission potential. In this role, your primary focus will be on guiding customers through their mattress purchasing journey by utilizing Mattress Warehouse's unique bedMATCH® technology. You will greet and engage with customers, assess their sleep needs, and provide expert recommendations on top-brand mattresses, financing options, warranties, and delivery services. Beyond sales, you will lead daily store operations, manage inventory, oversee sales reporting, and ensure the showroom is maintained to company standards. Your leadership skills will be essential as you train, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This position requires a hands-on manager who leads by example, fostering a vibrant, results-driven sales environment where everyone is encouraged to grow and succeed.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages a plus
  • ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • strong communication skills

  • ability to maintain a neat and organized showroom
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
