Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store business performance results
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences through the application of the Five Below service model
  • Anticipate customer needs and create an amazing store environment
  • Lead execution of merchandising and operational standards ensuring brand consistency
  • Hire and engage talented employees for the right store roles
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity
  • Provide training, coaching, and consistent feedback to team members
  • Partner with District Manager and HR for employee relations matters
  • Maintain a safe environment for customers and crew
  • Execute talent plans to attract and retain quality candidates
  • Develop career growth plans and succession planning
  • Analyze business results and drive performance improvements
  • Manage payroll budgets and crew schedules balancing financial and customer needs
  • Oversee receiving, stocking, and inventory compliance
  • Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stockroom organization
  • Ensure compliance with Five Below Standard Operating Procedures
  • Review corporate communications and prioritize accordingly
  • Achieve results while adhering to company policies and applicable laws
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
