Job Requirements

  • high school diploma required
  • flexibility to work at a store within a 50-mile radius
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification in food safety
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for up to four hours and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to work in hot, noisy kitchen environments
  • ability to use kitchen equipment safely and accurately
  • capability to manage difficult situations and conflicts

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • proven leadership and management experience in retail or food service
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards such as Serve Safe certification
  • ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends
  • ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and dynamic priorities
