As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will play a critical leadership role. Your responsibilities will span managing and inspiring a team that provides every customer with personalized, memorable experiences tailored to their hair and beauty needs. You will be accountable for driving sales growth and operational excellence within your store by overseeing all aspects of store performance including budgeting, expense control, inventory management, and sales targets. As a leader and role model, you will motivate your team through coaching, development, and fostering a positive work environment that reflects the company’s values and culture. Ensuring the store maintains high visual standards and safety protocols is also vital to your role, protecting customers, staff, and assets alike.

The ideal candidate for this role will bring proven leadership capabilities combined with a passion for the beauty industry. You will have at least three years of customer service or retail sales experience, with a minimum of one year in sales management. This role also calls for strong operational, financial, and performance management skills to maintain and grow store success. A cosmetology license is beneficial but not mandatory. You must be a self-starter with an eagerness to continually learn, train, and educate both your team and customers to achieve enhanced results. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally with or without accommodation
  • able to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching
  • able to work around moving parts, carts, or machines
  • may be exposed to irritant chemicals occasionally
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • at least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
  • minimum 1 year of sales management experience
  • previous operational, financial and performance management experience
  • cosmetology license is a plus but not required
  • self-starter attitude with drive to learn and develop

  • must be 18 years or older
