The Store Leader role at RAM Restaurant and Brewery is crucial to maintaining the high standards for which the company is known. Store Leaders manage every detail of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, production, service, and accounting. Leading shifts involves daily decision-making, scheduling, and strategic planning to ensure smooth restaurant functioning. You will develop proficiency with POS systems and play a key role in coaching, leading, and developing the restaurant team. Job Requirements

  • must be in possession of or able to obtain a food handlers permit for positions that require it
  • excellent verbal communication and personal skills
  • ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet
  • experience in high-volume preferred
  • you must be able to work weekends
