Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred but not required with minimum one year retail management experience
- valid driver’s license from state of residence
- maintain automotive liability insurance during employment
- ability to multitask
- ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
- manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program
- ensure a clean and safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures
- maintain stock levels and ensure store presentation
- utilize excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- utilize proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
