Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards loyalty program
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products preferred Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year retail management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
