Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention and develop leadership within the store
  • Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Ability to analyze and utilize P&L and store reports
  • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs
  • Maintain compliance with health and sanitation procedures ensuring store safety and cleanliness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer use, particularly Microsoft products
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year retail management experience
  • Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multi-task and physically perform store duties including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with one year of retail management experience
  • Supervisory or management experience in retail preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Valid Driver's License with automotive liability insurance

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to drive operational changes
  • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
