Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees
- Desire to maintain high retention through leadership development and employee empowerment
- Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use financial reports for store management
- Manage cash handling and fuel transactions
- Maintain store health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers including Microsoft products
- High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with retail management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance required
- Demonstrated leadership and results-driven approach
- Strong strategic thinking and entrepreneurial qualities
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to make operational changes
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation standards
- Perform general management duties to ensure store profitability and customer satisfaction
