Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- desire to maintain high retention through qualified applicant identification and leadership development
- ability to implement merchandising and marketing initiatives
- demonstrated use of P&L and store reports for decision-making
- capable of managing cash, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs
- maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
- strong communication skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office
- high school diploma or GED preferred or one year retail management experience
- valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
- ability to multitask and perform physical store duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
- proven supervisory or management experience
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- demonstrated ability to manage cash and fuel transactions
- ability to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and encouraging employee productivity
- implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- use P&L and store reports to make informed decisions
- manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program
- maintain a clean and safe environment following health and sanitation procedures
- ensure all products are in-stock and the store is presentable
