Job Description

7-Eleven is a globally recognized and iconic family of brands, boasting over 86,000 locations worldwide, making it the largest retailer on the planet. Specializing in convenience, 7-Eleven revolutionizes the retail experience by integrating convenience stores, restaurants, and fuel services with innovative technology. This commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction places 7-Eleven as a leader in the industry, continuously evolving to meet and exceed customer expectations. The company’s core mission is to be the customer’s first choice whenever and wherever they need quick and reliable service. 7-Eleven empowers its workforce through a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and the encouragement to "activate awesome," allowing employees to make meaningful contributions in their stores and local communities every day.

The Store Manager role at 7-Eleven is a pivotal leadership position within the company that serves as the heart and soul of each retail location. As a Store Manager, you will lead a team that typically includes one or two assistant managers, working hand in hand to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives that drive store profitability and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership abilities to develop and mentor the store team, ensuring every employee grows in their skill set and contributes positively to the store environment. Store Managers are responsible for creating an inviting and well-organized store environment, maintaining high standards of product availability, cleanliness, and safety. Many of 7-Eleven’s top Store Managers began their careers in entry-level positions such as cashiers or part-time employees, exemplifying the company's ‘promote from within’ philosophy. This leadership path offers employees significant opportunities for career advancement through dedicated training and hands-on experience.

As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, implement store policies, manage staffing schedules, and utilize financial data such as profit and loss statements to make informed decisions for the business. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive work culture that emphasizes employee retention, leadership development, and productivity. The role also demands proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the company's rewards loyalty program, all while adhering to strict health and safety compliance requirements. 7-Eleven offers competitive compensation for this hourly role, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $21.50 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional and personal well-being. If you possess strong supervisory experience and are eager to grow in a supportive environment, 7-Eleven invites you to join their team as a Store Manager and help shape the future of convenience retail.
