The role of Store Manager at 7-Eleven is a pivotal position within the store operations. The Store Manager, often referred to as the Store Leader, forms the core leadership team alongside assistant managers, working collaboratively to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, and develop the skills of the entire store team. Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all store employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention focusing on identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging productivity
  • Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to manage cash handling fuel transactions and promote rewards loyalty program
  • Ability to maintain a clean safe environment complying with health and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge Microsoft Word Excel preferred
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year retail management experience
  • Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multi-task perform repeated bending standing reaching and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year retail management experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task stand bend reach and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid Driver's License with automotive liability insurance

Job Duties
