Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and empowering employees
- Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Experience using P&L reports for store improvements
- Ability to manage cash handling and fuel transactions
- Maintain clean and safe store environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products
- High school diploma or GED preferred with retail management experience
- Valid driver's license and automotive insurance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with retail management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and encouraging productivity
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational change
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
- Ensure a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively and maintain intrapersonal relationships with staff and customers
