Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of retail management experience preferred if no diploma
- Previous supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Maintain automotive liability insurance during employment
- Proficient computer knowledge
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of retail management experience preferred if no diploma
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders
- Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to affect store performance and profitability
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures
- Ensure all products are in-stock and the store is presentable
