Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience
- valid driver’s license from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
- ability to multi-task perform repeated bending standing and reaching and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- proficient computer knowledge including microsoft word and excel
- ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all store employees
- ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change

Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all store employees
- maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging productivity
- oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- use profit and loss statements and store reports to affect change
- manage cash handling fuel transactions and promotion of the rewards loyalty program
- maintain a clean safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures
- ensure the store is presentable and all products are in stock
