Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged preferred but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience
  • valid driver’s license from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
  • ability to multi-task perform repeated bending standing and reaching and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
  • proficient computer knowledge including microsoft word and excel
  • ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all store employees
  • ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change

Job Duties

  • oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all store employees
  • maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging productivity
  • oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • use profit and loss statements and store reports to affect change
  • manage cash handling fuel transactions and promotion of the rewards loyalty program
  • maintain a clean safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures
  • ensure the store is presentable and all products are in stock
