The Store Manager role at 7-Eleven is vital to the success of each individual store and the wider company. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Ability to provide leadership and coaching
- Knowledge of merchandising and marketing program implementation
- Ability to use P&L and store reports
- Skilled in cash handling and promotion of loyalty programs
- Comply with health and safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multi-task, perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or retail management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards loyalty program
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
