This full-time role, based in Malibu, California, transitions the candidate through a rigorous initial three-month training program, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to become key operators within the store environment. Store Leaders are the backbone of the store’s success, responsible for executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving sales and profitability, and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Store Leaders work closely with their assistant managers to oversee daily store operations, from inventory management and cash handling to team development and customer engagement.The ideal candidate will gain comprehensive training and mentoring that not only bolsters their business acumen but also prepares them for future leadership roles within the organization. Store Leaders are expected to possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced retail environment.
