Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide leadership and coaching to store employees
- Demonstrated skills in merchandising and marketing program implementation
- Experience in managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
- Knowledge of health and sanitation procedures to maintain store safety and presentation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with retail management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze financial reports and use data to inform decisions
- Valid driver’s license and maintained automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multitask and perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance
